Today is the day! The Christmas Around the World collab kit has been posted. This is the kit of kits. It's colossal and it's absolutely beautiful. In my opinion, they couldn't have picked a more appreciated color pallet to work from. I know I'm having a blue Christmas this year (3rd in a row for me) and many others are too. It's hard times for many folks and sad times for some too. But there is nothing hard or sad about this collaboration. You can make beautiful, fun, elegant, cheery, somber, sophisticated, quite or joyous scrap pages from the all the freebies offered here. There is something for everybody!
Here is one example from the 113 designers who are participating...
Isn't it wonderful?
So clear yourself some room on your hard drive (a lot of room!) and free up some time to download this fabulous collab kit. And don't forget to thank the designers who are giving us this kit for free!

Thanks for the heads up, Jasia! I try to visit Russian-Dutch Heart to see what's available & haven't been there in a few days!
Jasia, I've been intrigued by digital scrapbooking, but couldn't figure out how to use the files I downloaded in the past (they wouldn't work with my PSP program...plus, I didn't have a lot of hard drive space).
Since I had such a blast with MyCanvas at Ancestry making calendars for my husband's and my families for Christmas, I thought I'd try again.
First of all, thanks for telling me about the great Black Friday deals nearly a month ago. I bought an external hard drive from Costco at a sweet deal of a price, intending to use it for Scanfest. But then when I saw today's post about CATW, I started downloading, and downloading, and...well, you get the picture. I plan on using these to make some gorgeous heritage pages.
Thanks for everything!
I am so excited to find your blog. How awesome!
I wanted to let you know about Age Exchange in London: http://www.age-exchange.org.uk/. They operate a reminiscence centre which specialized in bringing memories to life through theatre, visual art, music. It's an amazing place.
I also wanted to invite you (and your readers) to visit my new blog: Finding Grandpa. I'm chronicling my journey as I (re)discover the life of my estranged grandfather. I'm a playwright and intend to write a solo performance piece about this after I'm finished with my research.
Lovely to find you. I've linked to you on my blog.
Best,
A Granddaughter
